Conditions of Chartering

General terms in yacht chartering
  • Charters start and end on Saturdays (some regions have different week days)
Embarkation time is 17:00 & Disembarkation time is 09:00.
The yacht should enter the port of disembarkation in the previous afternoon before sunset.
All yachts are delivered with a detailed inventory list and full tanks of fuel and water, and are expected back in the same condition.
For bareboat charters, port authorities require two (2) sailing licenses or one (1) sailing license and an official statement of declaring your sailing experience. Motor yacht licenses are not acceptable.
 
What is included in the charter price:
Yacht rental fee and equipment as specified
VAT and all Greek Taxes
Cooking Gas
Bed sheets, Linen, Towels (1 set per person per week)
Mooring fees in the port of embarkation and disembarkation
Insurance of the yacht against third party liability and damages (above the amount of security deposit)
 
What is not included in the charter price:
Fuel & water consumption
Port Fees of your itinerary  € 5 - € 15 per day
End cleaning (except if stated otherwise)
Transfers from or to the Yacht
Provisions (food and drinks)
 
Booking procedure:
Options:

  • After receiving our quotation and offer you can either confirm the booking or request an option. Options can be held for a maximum of 5 days. Should it be necessary to extend the option, please contact us and we will try to extend it. Kindly note that availabilities change by the minute.
Bookings:

  • Confirm the charter as requested. We will reconfirm your booking and send you the contract and all the necessary documentation by e-mail or Fax (please provide us with full home address and passport or personal ID number)
Payments:

  • 50% of the amount upon signing the contract (within 15 days from booking confirmation)

  • Remaining 50% of the amount, 30 days before departure date.
If the reservation is done 30 days before the departure date whole fee has to be paid when the contract is signed.
