OCEANIS 423

The Oceanis 423 Clipper targets the family sailor who are looking for comforts and ease in handling. She offers a large cockpit with folding table, 2 side lockers and 2 aft locker and hinged helmsman seat and transom gate for easy access.

The standard boat has two self-tailing Lewmar sheet winches and two self-tailing winches on either side of the companionway for halyards, mainsail control lines and the main sheet.  Also, a 140% genoa on furling system with the drum above the deck and either, an in-mast furling mechanism or a semi-full batten main sail with lazy jacks and cover.

Side and forward ports make for a light and airy saloon (over 2m. height).  In the 3 and 4-cabin version, forward of the two aft cabins are the two heads.  The galley to starboard and nav station to port.  Just ahead of the chart-table is a U-shaped setee and table.The forward compartment has a twin (upper/lower berths) cabin to port, a 3rd head with shower to starboard an a v-berth cabin forward
